My Product Isn't Showing Up Print

Overview

This article outlines the most common reasons a product may not appear in the SellStack 365 Cannabis storefront, and how administrators can resolve the issue. This applies to both individual products and Lots that appear missing to customers.

Step-by-Step Checklist

Use the checklist below to validate product eligibility and visibility:

  • Item Card Exists: The product must originate from a valid Item Card in Business Central 365 Cannabis.
  • “Active for Web Order” Enabled: In the ERP, this checkbox must be set to true for the item to sync into SellStack.
  • Inventory Exists: The item (or associated Product Lots) must have available inventory in a location that is included in the storefront’s assigned channel.
  • Lot Availability (if applicable): If the item uses Lot tracking, ensure there is at least one active Lot with sellable stock. Excluded or expired Lots will not allow the product to display.
  • Valid Pricing: Confirm that the product (or its Lots) has pricing configured for the current storefront channel. Products without a price will not render.
  • Channel Assignment: Products must be visible to the channel linked to the customer’s Business. If the product isn’t assigned to the correct channel, it will not appear for that user.

Advanced Admin Troubleshooting

  • Use the Admin Panel > Products search to confirm the product is synced into SellStack.
  • Check the Inventory tab to verify stock exists and is tied to the correct location.
  • Review the Lots tab to confirm the product has one or more active, non-expired Lots (if applicable).
  • Use the Channels tab to confirm the product is visible to the customer’s assigned storefront.
  • Validate pricing under Product Pricing for both the base product and any Lot-specific overrides.

Still Not Showing?

If the product is confirmed as synced but still does not appear:

  • Impersonate the customer from the Admin Panel to preview their storefront view.
  • Check if the product has been flagged as hidden via custom visibility controls or logic-based filters.
  • Confirm the customer’s Business is not excluded from the assigned channel or price group.

ERP Sync Note

Changes in Business Central may take up to 60 seconds to reflect in SellStack depending on sync schedules and process load. Confirm the sync service is active if updates are not appearing.
