Overview
SellStack 365 Cannabis supports Aeropay ACH as a secure and compliant online payment method. Aeropay enables customers to pay via linked bank accounts directly through the storefront, eliminating the need for cash or credit card alternatives in cannabis commerce.
Administrator Setup Requirements
- Create an Aeropay business account at aeropay.com
- Complete the required KYC/KYB verification with Aeropay
- Obtain your unique Aeropay API credentials (Client ID and Secret)
- Request Aeropay to enable ACH processing for your business
Connecting Aeropay to Your SellStack Instance
Once your Aeropay account is live, navigate to your SellStack Admin Panel and:
- Go to Settings → Payments
- Select Aeropay ACH as a payment method
- Enter your Aeropay credentials (Client ID and Secret)
- Save and test connection
Customer Checkout Experience
If Aeropay ACH is enabled:
- Customers will be prompted to select Aeropay ACH Payment at checkout
- They will be redirected to Aeropay to link their bank account and approve the transaction
- Upon successful payment, they are redirected to the SellStack Order Confirmation screen
Payment Status Behaviour
When Aeropay ACH is used, SellStack automatically updates the order payment status based on Aeropay’s response. There is no need for manual confirmation by an administrator.
Important Notes
- Aeropay ACH is available only to customers with a US-based bank account
- ACH payment confirmation may take 1–2 business days to finalize depending on bank processing times
- Administrators can view payment status in the Orders section of the SellStack Admin Panel
