OVERVIEW
If you're unable to find a product in SellStack 365 Cannabis, it may be due to how the product has been configured in your 365 Cannabis system. Products must meet specific criteria before they are eligible to appear in the storefront.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
The following are minimum requirements for a product to sync into SellStack:
- The product must exist in 365 Cannabis as an Item Card
- "Active for Web Order" must be enabled on the Item Card
- The product must have inventory available — either directly or via Lots
- The product must be assigned to a location that is enabled for SellStack
- The product must not be blocked or marked inactive in 365
EXPLANATION OF TERMS
- Item Card: This is the base record for a product in 365 Cannabis. If no item card exists, nothing can sync.
- Active for Web Order: This toggle enables a product to appear online. If it's turned off, SellStack will ignore it.
- Lots: These are sub-units of a product — typically used for inventory traceability. A product can exist in Lots (or not) depending on how it’s set up in 365.
- Location: Refers to a warehouse or facility. Only locations that are approved for storefront sync will be included.
PRODUCT VISIBILITY LOGIC
If a product no longer meets visibility requirements (e.g., it’s marked inactive, has no inventory, or is removed from a valid location), it will be hidden from the storefront automatically. It is not deleted, but simply unpublished.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Product visibility in SellStack depends on a number of factors, including inventory, channel access, and ERP sync settings.
For full troubleshooting and requirements, see: My Product Isn’t Showing Up.
If your product is missing from the storefront:
- Open the Item Card in 365 and verify that “Active for Web Order” is enabled
- Check if the product has inventory — either as general stock or via Lots
- Confirm that the assigned location is not excluded from your SellStack configuration
- Ensure the product is not marked as Blocked or Inactive in 365
FOR ADMINS ONLY
SellStack Admin users can log in and search for the product in the dashboard to confirm whether it is synced but hidden, or if it was never imported. Use the Filters panel to check “Enabled,” “Channel,” and “Inventory” status.
