Welcome to Your Storefront
Once logged in, you'll land on the main storefront dashboard. This is your personalised portal for browsing products, placing orders, viewing past activity, and managing your account (if permissions allow).
Main Sections
- Product Catalogue: Browse available products and apply filters by category (taxon), Lot availability (if enabled), and other attributes.
- Order History: View your current and past orders, including submitted, in-process, or completed orders.
- Account Switcher: If your user account is linked to more than one Business, you’ll see a dropdown to switch between them. Each Business has its own pricing, order history, and permissions.
- Cart: Shows the active products you’ve added. SellStack will auto-assign Product Lots using Automated FIFO/FEFO, unless your storefront is configured for Lot selection.
- Lot Viewer (if enabled): Some storefronts allow you to view available Lots, including THC/CBD values, batch numbers, and Lot-specific prices.
Quick Tips
- You can return to the dashboard at any time by clicking the logo or home link in the navigation bar.
- Inventory shown reflects available stock only, based on your Business’s assigned inventory location(s).
- Pricing may vary by Business. If something looks incorrect, confirm you’re logged into the correct Business account.
